If you wish to request a refund, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Tag Requirement: In order to be eligible for a refund, the original tag and ribbon attached must remain intact and un-removed. Any Dress or Jacket without the original tag or Ribbon will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the dress or Jacket. After this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund.
  • Condition of the Dress or Jacket: The dress or jacket must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and odourless. Free from any damages or alterations.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, is required for all refund requests.

  • Each bag and accessory is meticulously crafted by hand, this  may involve the use of various construction techniques, including sticking, gluing, stitching or other methods making it unique and different from any other, and we celebrate these differences. Variations in colour, texture, and design are inherent to the handmade process, We cannot be held liable for any variations in colour, texture, design or any defects resulting from the construction methods used in the handmade production of our bags and accessories. 
  • We prioritise the health and safety of our customers, and as such, we have a strict no-return or exchange policy for undergarments, due to hygiene considerations. We encourage you to carefully review the sizing charts and product details before making your purchase to ensure the perfect fit.
  • All sales of bags, accessories and undergarments are final, by making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our No Return or Exchange Policy for these products.

Exchange Policy:

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size or style is not available, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
  • Condition of the Dress or Jacket: The dress or jacket being exchanged must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • We will not allow exchange more than once.

The conditions of the exchange and return will be confirmed upon receipt of the return. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return, if these conditions are not met. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address provided on the order confirmation email.

  • Dresses and Jackets with the original tag and ribbon removed or tampered.
  • Dresses and Jackets that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
  • Custom-made or personalised Dresses or Jackets.
  • Strict No Return or Exchange Policy for Bags, Accessories and Undergarments.

  • Provide your order number, the details, and the reason for the refund or exchange.
